ABOUT PRECISION
I'm Scott Trefz. I founded Precision Telecom Technologies in West Virginia in 2001 and developed Telecom Backoffice Solution (TBS), software that helped communications companies manage their operations. In 2021, Rev.io acquired Precision's telecom software business, including TBS. I joined Rev.io and served as CTO through 2024.
That work taught me to look at technology from both sides: the business that has to live with it and the people who have to build and support it. Today I bring that perspective to organizations that need practical help with AI, operations, strategy or technology leadership.
